Microsoft Office is a collection of office productivity related applications. It includes Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Microsoft Word is used to create documents. Microsoft Excel is used to create spreadsheets. Microsoft PowerPoint is used to create presentations. Microsoft Office is available for free for use on all APU owned computers.
Microsoft Office 365 provides the ability to either use a web version of Microsoft Office or download Microsoft Office on up to 5 computers for free. Microsoft Office 365 is available to all APU students by visiting http://office365.apu.edu.
