Description of Service
Home / APU Mobile is APU's web portal—your personalized "home" for the information and tools you need as part of the APU community.
- Enroll in classes, see your schedule, view your grades and finances, access Canvas, Quick search the library database, and update your contact information. Use the improved Google powered search feature to find just about anything in Home or anything APU has published publicly. Undergrad students can also view chapel attendance, service credits, One Card balance, and view the Trolley Tracker.
- Can access class rosters, look up student information, access Canvas, IDEA requests, activity insight, and refer a student through our C.A.R.E.S. program.
EMPLOYEES (Staff, Faculty)
- Can access HR Total Access, submit a facilities work order, Report a Pride of Place concern, update contact information, and find quick links to Canvas, APU Gmail, and other popular applications.

Students will receive access during their admissions process. Faculty and staff will receive access at the beginning of their employment with Azusa Pacific University. Employees who need additional levels of access to PeopleSoft Student, Finance, and HR systems, please see the PeopleSoft catalog entry.
