Description of Service
Internet service in University Village is provided by Frontier (FiberOptic) at no charge to the residents in the unit. While the account will be in the resident's name, the billing will go to APU. This is the best internet service available in the area with speeds up to 200 MBPS. This is will be equivalent to the internet service you would expect at your home.

Requesting Service
Turning on the Service (Checking into your apartment)
Call (844) 660-0648. When you identify yourself as an APU University Village resident, Frontier will place the internet service in your name and the monthlhy billing will go to APU.
Turning off the Service (Checking out of your apartment)
When you check out of your apartment at the end of the year, call Frontier to remove your name from service and retun the equipment in the room.
If a technician needs to come onsite:
When you schedule a time for installation with Frontier, they will send a technician onsite to install the necessary equipment. The technician will be clearly identified as from Frontier and outfitted with Personal Protective Equipment like masks, face shields, and a standard 6-feet physical distancing.

Customer Responsibilities
Students are responsible for turning on and off the service in their name.
