Description of Service

IMT coordinates radio rentals for university sponsored events with an external vendor. Items that can be requested include the radio, extra batteries, battery charger bank, headsets, and speaker microphones. Additional items my be requested and may incur additional costs.

Requesting Service

Radio Rentals for special events, such as graduation, music productions, student registration week, contact the IMT Support Center. You can access the form here.

Customer Responsibilities

The service provider is an outside vendor; therefore we need at least 48 hours advance notice. The customer must also provide a valid department account number for billing purposes. Please contact the IMT Support Center for current pricing.
