Description of Service

IMT maintains and coordinates the telephone devices and telephone line information for each extension on all the Azusa Pacific University campus's. This includes the establishment of service, repair of existing equipment or lines, and purchase of new equipment. IMT also provides recommended headsets that you may view here, these can be purchased through IMT Purchasing.

Repair:

Any malfunctioning phones should be reported to the IMT Support Desk. Please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • A description of the problem

  • The extension number of the phone with the problem

  • The location of the phone (building and room number)

  • Complete contact information (name, extension, and location)

Requesting Service

To request a new phone please contact the IMT Support Center.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should report issues with the phones as soon as possible to the IMT Support Center.
