One Card

Due to the COVID 19 situation, the One Card office will not be printing out physical ID cards but will be utilizing the Virtual ID Card that you will be able to access on your mobile phone.

Below are instructions on how to download the GET Mobile app, the ID photo process, and finding the Virtual ID Card.

NOTE: For the GET Mobile app to work, you must be enrolled in classes.

ID photos must have a plain, flat, non-textured background and not too close to the face. We will crop the picture to fit our criteria. Once your photo is accepted you will be able to see your Virtual ID Card on the APU Mobile or the APU Now app.

Please fill out this ID Request form and make sure the address that you wish to have your APU ID Card mailed to is the same as the mailing address on home.apu.edu. This is for security verification.
