Salesforce CRM

Description of Service

Salesforce is a broadly used customer relationship management and marketing platform that extends developer tools for third parties, including APU, to build on top while maintaining a cloud-based delivery model. At APU, Salesforce is as a technology platform for enabling connections between prospective and new students and APU.

IMT administrates and enhances the Salesforce platform and related applications, as well as data integrations, APU custom code, and single sign-on.
