Description of Service
Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is the system of record for information pertaining to current, former and future students. PeopleSoft allows students to register for classes, view and accept financial aid, receive communication and tasks, and see their academic history and progress.
Faculty and academic support offices use PeopleSoft to support students through their academic journey.

PeopleSoft is accessed by going to home.apu.edu or APU Now (mobile app) on PCs, phones and tablets.
Select staff and testers may access PeopleSoft through peoplesoft.apu.edu

Requesting Service
Faculty and Staff should request access to PeopleSoft through their supervisors. PeopleSoft Security Request Form.
Students are provided appropriate access during their admissions process.
Prospective students have limited access to PeopleSoft until they’ve reached admit status.

Training: Due to resource challenges, IT does not offer staff PeopleSoft training at this time. Staff should follow up with their department about internal resources and training.
Customer Responsibilities
Data analysts provide cross-functional testing of new features and changes each quarter, and are responsible to test and provide feedback to IMT for these updates and major product upgrades.
Any APU students who are interested in early access testing and focus group feedback of PeopleSoft features under development may contact IMT Enterprise Applications through the IMT Support Center.
Service Level Agreement
PeopleSoft is generally available 24x7x365, but has scheduled maintenance windows each quarter,and periodic releases of new features that may require some service unavailability. Every attempt is made to provide at least a week notice on support.apu.edu before any scheduled maintenance.
