When a member of the APU Community changes his/her legal name, the University's system of record, PeopleSoft, must also be updated.

Cougar Lock is APU's 2-Step Authentication security tool. It adds an extra layer of security to your APU account and lowers the risk of your account being compromised.

Your APU Network Account consists of your APU NetId (username) and Password, and gives you access to various network resources based on your affiliation with the University.

If you forget your password or your password expires, you can use the Account Recovery Service.

Accounts are created for general use by departments that give temporary or student employees access to specified systems.

Email groups which provide a way for the university to communicate with its community members based on their affiliation.
